Hi, I'm Molly Founder, Certified Sleep Consultant, and Mama.
I am a lifelong Alaskan and a toddler mom. I have a passion for helping babies and children sleep better. I recently took my passion to the next level and became a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. As part of this certification, I have undergone extensive training, mentoring and continuing education which allows me access to the best tools and knowledge available for children’s sleep. I am proud of what I do with families because it works and am delighted to bring these, much needed, services to my fellow Alaskans.

In this package, I will teach you all the fundamentals of baby sleep including the science behind newborn sleep. Putting healthy sleep habits in place at birth will help prevent sleep challenges as your baby grows. This package is perfect for newborns through babies 4 months of age.
5 Months to 2 Years
As babies age we expect them to automatically sleep better. But often this is not the case. The great news is that this is the best age range to teach independent sleep skills. Your baby wants to sleep and I can show you how to make this happen.
In this package, I will teach you how to introduce your baby to the magic of independent sleep. We will dive into the science behind baby sleep and what it means for your baby. My approach combines: age-appropriate schedules, proper sleep environments, and self-soothing skills.
2 Years to 5 Years
Toddlerhood is a time of immense change for children. Often these changes cause new sleep complications. But it’s never too late to teach your child healthy sleep habits. I can put you in charge of your toddler’s sleep.
In this package, I will help you get your toddler’s sleep back on track once and for all. We will work on creating clear and realistic boundaries for your child that help them get the sleep they need. My approach combines: age-appropriate schedules, proper sleep environments, and consistent parental feedback.
Being a parent to twins is difficult but their sleep doesn’t have to be. Twin families can still enjoy the benefits of great sleep. Together we can get your twins not only sleeping better, but also sleeping at the same time.
In this package, I will teach you how to get your twins’ sleep schedules synced. We will also work with each twin as an individual to solve their specific sleep issues. This will ensure you all have the energy to take on your very busy days.
