Great article! I have two small kids and I am not getting as much sleep as I want, and that I need. And this was pretty grim, but true.

After reading this I am more aware that I need to find more time to sleep, maybe even do some power naps, because that adds up. I certainly hope that my more than 3 and a half years of sleep deprivation didn’t do too much damage.

Thanks for a great read.

This is such a well needed post ! It’s so easy to cut some corners when it comes to sleep, and then one asks oneself why things are not going as planned ? Or not going at all .. I’m definitely one of those people, but I feel, after reading your post that I’m going to respect my sleep more. And I think it’s gonna give me so much!

I totally agree with you. Sleep plays a vital role in terms of mental health. Because of work schedules, stress levels, or lifestyle habits, many people struggle to get enough restful sleep in today’s fast-paced world. Poor-quality sleep can leave you feeling tired throughout the day. I enjoyed reading this post. Great article indeed. Thanks and  keep up the good work.
