Oura wonders if I’ve got Sunday vibes today with a lower readiness due to a higher resting heart rate. They say this is common among their users due to stimulating experiences which are more common on the weekend such as consuming alcohol, heavy meals, parties and even movie or game night…
None of these things applied to me this weekend, but maybe the high heat here in Texas is adding some extra stress as my lowest heart rate last night was 46bpm, and average was 50bpm which is higher than my normal.
I am happy with the 82% sleep efficiency, 1h 3m of deep and 1h 4m of REM from last night. I’ve felt calm and resilient most of the day, but did need a little nap in the afternoon to recharge.
I’m eager to get more Element Health CBD to continue testing as my early deep sleep and less frequent wake ups from last night when I took a healthy dose seems promising.
