Sleep Tracker – 8/20/2024

My readiness remains high even though my sleep efficiency is still relatively low at 78% with 7h 6m asleep out of 9h 3m in bed.

I was able to get over an hour of deep and REM last night so that’s a positive.

I used my Human Touch massage chair last night for about 15 minutes right before bed and it was very relaxing. However, I struggled to get to sleep so that’s a bid odd.

Tonight I’m going to change up my pre-sleep supplements a bit. I plan to keep it simple with just glycine, magnesium, a touch of honey and add some high-grade CBD drops before bed. I don’t usually take CBD so this will be an interesting test to see if it helps my sleep.

I’ve been thinking more about lucid dreaming lately. It’s something I’ve always wanted to learn how to do. I dream a lot as it is and think it would be great to gain more insights and awareness from this realm. I’ll wait until I’ve improved my overall sleep before I start on that adventure.
