I’m running on reserves today… 😉 My sleep quality dropped last night but my HRV balance is good.
The funny thing is I felt like I slept pretty good, but my numbers don’t indicate that. I got 6h 20m of sleep out of 7h 59m in bed with a 79% efficiency. That’s still a better efficiency than I was getting a month ago but a decline from the last couple of weeks.
47m of deep and 45m of REM is not enough. I did need a short nap late in the day today to reset when my brain started feeling foggy.
I doubled my dose of l-tryptophan and melatonin last night, and I’ll reverse course on that tonight and go back to the level I’ve been using consistently.
I put on my blue light blocking glasses about an hour later than usual tonight, but I’m starting my wind down process now and and will hopefully go deep and recover strong tonight.
Pre-sleep supplements taken: 5g Bulk Supplements Glycine, 3 capsules Global Healing Center Oxy-Powder, 360mg Trace Minerals Magnesium Glycinate, 6mg Pure Encapsulations Melatonin, 1,000mg Pure Encapsulations L-Tryptophan
