Hello, hello! I’m Hannah, The Baby Maven. My main passion in life is supporting families with little ones to get more sleep, feel confident in their family’s routine, & reclaim some time so they can focus on their needs! Helping families to create balance in their lives with their little one is what I do best.

After becoming a certified professional governess and newborn care specialist, I launched The Baby Maven back in 2015 to support families during the 4th trimester & early parenthood. Throughout my years of coaching brand new mamas, I found that every single family was interested in (and needed) support around sleep. After all, baby’s don’t come programmed to sleep or arrive with a user’s guide! My goal is to make the craziness of parenthood a little bit easier, more enjoyable and as balanced as possible for sleep-deprived families.
