Signs of recovery! After a brutal 56 sleep score 2 nights ago, I returned to a solid baseline last night with a 7h 3m of sleep out of 8h 46m in bed with an 80% efficiency.

It wasn’t my best sleep in the last week, but I’m back on track now and aiming for some great sleep tonight.

I’m eating fairly light today and don’t plan to eat anything after 6:00pm. I’ll wear my blue light blocking glasses from that time forward, sip on herbal tea and use my massage chair before bed. I feel like I’m close to breaking through to the next level of sleep for me and am excited about the progress I’ve been making in the last few weeks.
