What is “Normal?”

One of the biggest concerns we have as parents is whether or not our babies are progressing, growing, and developing in ways that are, “normal.” But that’s a tough term to define. What do we mean when we say it?

After all, every child is unique, and none of them develop at exactly the same pace or in exactly the same way as any other, so what makes us so concerned with the idea that our babies are sleeping, eating and growing in ways that are predictable and typical of others?

In today’s video, I’ll be discussing some of the sleep-related issues that are common to most kids, which ones can be safely put aside without concern, and which ones might be cause for some additional focus and alteration of baby’s bedtime habits.
