Michelle went down the cliff after coming off a medication 5 years ago. Having climbed back to the edge, living in a state of constant anxiety, something remarkable happened. She randomly stumbled across a video from this channel and heard that “many things can cause disrupted sleep, but only how you think of them can cause insomnia”. In that moment, she knew she would be a normal sleeper again.
