It can feel almost impossible to stop wrestling with your thoughts and feelings at night. You might notice how strong the urge is to fight or explain them away. Yet, there’s also the possibility of choosing a different path — one where you acknowledge what’s showing up without needing to push it aside.
This shift doesn’t happen overnight, and it often feels like a struggle at first. Still, by practicing acceptance instead of quick fixes, you may discover moments of calm even in the presence of insomnia.
That sense of hope — of knowing you’re not broken — can be the beginning of a new relationship with sleep.
