A common roadblock on your path to sleeping well forever is understanding the teachings, but finding that you don’t believe that you’ll ever sleep better. It seems that you have to convince the brain that it is possible for you to see any change. But you have tried and tried and the brain is still skeptical. In this episode we see that odd as it sounds, you can sleep very well even when you don’t think this possible. And when the struggle to make the brain believe is abandoned, magic happens.
