Insomnia insight #172: Sleep trackers are usually bad for insomnia, but there is an exception.

In this day and age more and more people are using sleep trackers. Generally when you have insomnia, the less attention you pay to your sleep the better it gets. However, paradoxical insomnia may be different. In this episode we see how Kayleb feel reassured after noting that he sleeps a bit more than he thought he did.
