Insomnia insight #158: Stumped by a question I realize you can sleep 8 hours when you don’t try.
Brett asks me if in my experience I see many that go from sleeping 5 to 8 hours. After some pondering I realize the question stumps me because people that so really well no longer keep track of how much they sleep. And that if it’s you genetic potential you can sleep 8 hours if you focus less on the numbers.
