Insomnia insight #154: Deprive your insomnia of time to keep you preoccupied by staying active.

Ahmed asks if spending time daytime in a different bed than the one he sleeps in still will create an association with wakefulness and the his sleep bed. I don’t think that is a problem. However, spending time not active during the day can be a big one.
