Insomnia insight #150: Thinking of your insomnia as ordinary is important if you want to overcome it
In this episode we talk about how many with insomnia, if not nearly everyone, feels that their troubles sleeping are unusual, special or unique. This is to be expected, from the inside perspective it is often very hard to understand what’s happening. From the outside on the other hand, an insomnia specialist recognizes symptoms as typical and usual. And this is a good thing. Because usual and typical insomnia will respond to usual and typical treatment.
