Ellie has started using CBTi techniques but is really struggling during the first week. She has fallen into a common pattern of being tired in evening, still not sleeping when going to bed and finally falling asleep when the sun rises. In this episode we talk about strategies for getting better sleep including a fixed wake up time earlier than what may seem ideal.
