Insomnia insight #140: Kim sees some improvement but still struggles. Will pattern ever change?
Kim is on week 3 of bedtime restriction therapy for insomnia. She is seeing some improvements but it still takes her an hour to fall asleep and she has a lot of dream recall. I believe she is really doing well considering that she is fairly early into treatment and that yes, the pattern will break.
