Insomnia insight #137: Pam wonders about sleep testing and medical cannabis for sleep

In this episode we talk about how sleep testing rarely is needed if you have typical insomnia symptoms without loud snoring or other respiratory symptoms. Also, we talk about how anything that is used to relax can help with sleep but believing that anything but your own natural sleep drive is what makes you sleep erodes your sleep drive and makes insomnia stronger.
