Insomnia insight #128: Darla wrestles with microsleep in the afternoons/evening. Three tips.

A not uncommon reason for trouble sleeping is having brief episodes of sleep in the afternoon when returning from a long day at work. Three ways of staying up so you can sleep better at night are to (1) use a bright light device, (2) take a planned nap and (3) moving an early bedtime later and later.
