Who is Hannah Levin?
Hannah Levin is an Ayurveda Health Counselor (NAMA), a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT with Yoga Alliance), a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and a Yoga Health Coach (Yoga Healer). As is the case with many healers, she had her own health struggles which led her to the bodies of knowledge which she now teaches as her life’s work.
As a young adult in her 20s and 30s, Hannah struggled with chronic sinus infections, digestive issues, constipation, anxiety, and depression. By the time Hannah was in her mid-30s, she was suffering from chronic inflammation and had gained an extra 20 lbs. In 2013, she was diagnosed with a precancerous condition. The doctors gave her six months to try anything she wanted before recommending surgery.
Hannah turned to diet, lifestyle practices, yoga, and herbal medicine to find a cure. After 6 months, she returned to the doctor to get retested. All of her efforts paid off! The condition had cleared in its entirety.
Since 2013, Hannah has dedicated her life to learning and teaching about individual health and empowerment through Ayurveda, Yoga, Mindset, and Creativity. She brings this integrated knowledge to her clients as individuals on a unique path toward healing in her business Heartfelt Wellbeing and her signature, online program for women, the Vitality Circle. Participants in Hannah’s programs experience better sleep, awesome digestion, increased energy, weight loss and a perspective shift toward ease that comes with living in alignment with their true nature.
