Matt is wondering if a Vitamin deficiency could be the underlying cause for his difficulties sleeping and if supplementation is likely to help. In this episode we talk about how a lack of a vitamin, supplement or a hormonal imbalance in my experience never is the cause of insomnia as well as proven strategies for sleeping better.
