“Sleep was a really stressful experience. I hated going to bed, would struggle to fall asleep and would only get 3-5 hours of sleep at night. As a healthcare provider, I’m used to problem solving and tried medication and supplements to fix my sleep. Sleep Science Academy showed me where I was going wrong and what I needed to change in order to get my sleep back on track.
