When you’re struggling with insomnia, it’s easy to assume that a bad night means another one is coming. The mind wants to predict, protect, and prepare for the worst.
But nights don’t follow rules like that. One night can be difficult, and the next can feel completely different.
Progress doesn’t always mean sleeping better. It might mean noticing when your mind is using last night as a warning, and gently remembering that tonight hasn’t happened yet. There’s space for something new, even when insomnia is present.
