When something feels wrong, we try to fix it. That’s human. Effort usually helps with most problems.
But sleep doesn’t work that way. The harder you try to solve insomnia, the more pressure you might feel — and that pressure can make nights even harder.
Progress doesn’t have to mean forcing sleep to happen. It can start with noticing when effort turns into struggle, and giving yourself permission to step back instead of pushing harder.
