You CAN implement cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) techniques & enjoy better sleep

When you first learn about cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) techniques, it can be easy to dismiss them for fear that they won’t be effective, they will be too difficult to stick to, or that they won’t work.

However, as someone who has lived with chronic insomnia, you have the ability to get through adversity — and, if you commit to CBT-I techniques such as sleep restriction and stimulus control, although this will be difficult in the short-term, you are extremely likely to enjoy significant improvements in your sleep over the long term if you remain focussed and committed.
