“My sleep was not great and very inconsistent. I woke up a lot and it was frustrating. I tried many many things before joining Sleep Science Academy. I tried natural remedies, medication, exercise, meditation and all those types of things but nothing seemed to really work. The other things I tried didn’t work because they weren’t addressing the mental aspect. My sleep now is much more consistent, I’m sleeping more hours and feeling better overall.
