Here in my sleep journal I’ll share some of my journey to better sleep along with what’s working and not working to improve and optimize my sleep. My baseline for quality sleep has started very low so I have a lot of room to grow. I’ll test diet and lifestyle changes, supplements, tools and a variety of sleep hacks to find out what it takes to finally sleep through the night and achieve high levels of deep restorative sleep. π΄
