Sleep Doctor's ULTIMATE Guided Meditation Video for Better Sleep
This is an ad-free, 3 hour science-backed guided meditation I’ve used with many of my patients to help them fall asleep quickly and stay asleep during the night. It’s designed specifically to use progressive muscle relaxation to reduce tension in the body and lower your heart rate, followed by a mental calming technique I personally use.
