Even after 26 years as a professional sleep doctor, now that I’m in my 50s, I’m finding that I’m not even getting that same rejuvenative sleep that I had been getting just 5-10 years ago.

What I do know however is that it’s not just about your biology. There are things you can be DOING, and just as importantly, things you need to be AVOIDING to actually get better sleep.

Today I want to talk about some really common mistakes I see my older patients making when it comes to their sleep, particularly those over the age of 50.
