Jayne Havens is a certified sleep consultant and she operates her own sleep consulting practice, Snooze Fest by Jayne Havens.
Jayne’s journey in this field began when she was overwhelmed as a new parent, struggling to understand why her son was awake throughout the night. Desperate for answers, she diligently researched sleep strategies. Over time, Jayne applied what she learned, first to her son, and then a few years later, to her daughter. She successfully helped her kids establish good sleep habits very early on – something that didn’t go unnoticed by her friends with children of their own. Word of Jayne’s sleep expertise spread quickly, and she soon found that her guidance was in high demand.
