“My sleep was on and off and something I worried a lot about. Working through this course taught me that human beings were made to sleep and that was helpful. I learned a lot of what I had going on didn’t have to do with sleep but was about a lot of other things that were going on in my life. I used to worry about falling asleep, but now I’m sleeping really well. I joke that I’m training to be a hippie because I’m relaxed about everything but it works! I’m very happy I did this course and I’d recommend it to anyone. Before SSA, I tried to control everything that could affect my sleep like making sure my room was dark enough and no screens. I was very disciplined but I was missing the mindset stuff! I was trying to control my environment and not working on the things that were really keeping me up. Now I have more energy, I’m not stressed about whether or not I’m going to get enough sleep, I’m relaxed knowing I’m good at sleeping now. I know I can sleep. I really enjoyed working with SSA and find comfort knowing I can go back and revisit the material online in case I ever need it again. You can do it! If I can do it you can do it. Trust the process.
